Q: Do I have to get undressed for the massage?
A: No – our corporate massage sequence is carried out over the clothes, you may be more comfortable by removing a jacket, tie or scarf though
Q: How long will I be away from my work?
A: We encourage organised time slots, so if you’re booked in for your massage at 10.15am, you may only need to leave your desk at 10.14am, we’ll work on you for 15 minutes, and you can be back to your work at 10.31am, with renewed energy and vigour.
Q: Are your staff insured?
A: Yes. Our staff are fully insured for public liability and indemnity.
Q: I’m pregnant, is it safe for me to get a massage?
A: Perfectly safe, just let our professional therapist know what trimester you’re in and your massage will be tailored specifically to your needs.
Q: What parts of the body will be massaged?
A: We focus on the areas which typically sustain tension at work, targeting the back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands.
Q: Where will the massage take place?
A: We prefer to use small unoccupied office or meeting room away from your desk so that you may completely relax and enjoy the experience. If no such room is available however, a small quiet space will suffice.
Q: Will you use any oils or lotions?
A: As the massage is carried out over the clothes we don’t use any oils or lotions.
Q: Will it hurt?
A: Our therapist will use as much or as little pressure as you like, it’s your massage and we tailor it specifically to your needs.
Q: Will it mess up my hair or make up?
A: We don’t massage the head or face, so you can return to work confident that the only difference in your appearance is the extra zing you feel – and it shows!
